The Hestia has a high/low condensing flame for cooking purposes. The high condensing flame over 1300 degree Celsius can be used for special work. This torch also has an anti-flare system and a safety lock system. The anti-flare system creates higher performance with the hot vaporized gas passing through the pipeline of torch. This allows for immediate use without pre-heating. There is a choice between high or low condensing flame.
